Don't want to speed up browsing by disabling add-ons I put them there!

Windows 7 has this message that pops up all the time: "Speed up browsing by disabling add-ons." OK fine... Then ther are two button choices "Choose add-ons" and "Ask me later" with a drop down menu. How do I make this dumb ass message go away never interrupt my browsing again? I think I need a third button "Never ask again."

    Try this:

Click on "Choose add-ons". At the bottom of the window change the value in "tell me when the delay caused by add-ons exceeds:" to something that suites your situation.
