    Offsetting a chart

Loungers - more assistance required please.

I'm sure that this has been discussed before - but I need to be able to off set the chart in the sample attached, so the data range moves by 12 months based on the month entered in C4. So if Feb 13 in C4 was selected the range would move to March 12 to Feb 13.

Again any assistance would be much appreciated.

    Regards

    Hi Verada

Have a look at the attached file.

You can click the 'month slider' to select your start month for the chart.
You can click the 'kpi dropdowns' to select the chart item to be plotted.

For interest, I added a second chart to show the Frequency Rates.

Have a look, and if you like this solution I'll explain how I did it.
(Unless you work it out yourself).

    There was no VBA involved.
Only Excel formulas and named ranges.

Hi Zeddy - sorry about the delay in getting back to you on this, but I've been off line for the past few days.

Thanks for your help - looks very good and I should be able to adapt to my working spread sheet.
