    Comments in Word 2010

I am having trouble with comments in a document. It does not matter who added the comment. When the document is saved, closed and reopened, all the comments author is "A" and no information as to when or who created the comment is visible.
Comments 1,2,3,9 were made by me. Comments 4,5,6 & 7 were an entirely different office.
Notice, too, the color for both additions and deletions is the same.
The screen shot contains my track changes options on my computer.

I created a brand, new, blank document and this did not happen. My comments behaved as you would expect.
Anyone have any idea. See attached for a screen shot of the comment.

There is a security setting that wipes metadata from the document when the document is saved. This metadata includes who authored or commented the document eg. all tracked revisions are made by "Author".

Have a look at the following link to see if this applies on either the document itself or on the machines where the document is being edited.
