Running a cursor from a flash drive

Is it possible to download cursor software on a flash drive and use it?

I am an instructor at our community college and would like to use a cursor with color around the arrow to help students see it on the overhead screen. I can't load it on the school's computers.

    Any suggestions?

That works here on my Win 7 pro 64 bit system. It even dropped back to the default when I removed the USB drive.

So it should work if you have authority to change the cursor and point to the USB drive.

There are hundreds of cursors online. Like these:

    Thumbs up Colored cursors

Thanks so much for your advice.
I installed a couple of cursors on my flash drive and was able to use them on my laptop.

I doubt that I have administrative access to the school's computer system, but I can always take my laptop and connect it to the overhead screen. That will work.

Thanks again for answering me. It's good to know there is "someone out there".
