    Combine fields in query (Access2000)

Is there any way I could combine three feilds from a query in another query?
For example I have QP01, QP02, and SFM1 as feilds in a query, but what Im hoping to do is do something similar to this fund: "SFM1" or "QP01" or "QP02"

You might want to try explaining this again, because the above makes no sense to me. What do you mean by "combine three fields"? And what does >>Fund: "SFM1" or "QP01" or "QP02"<< supposed to represent?

I'm not sure if you want the fields to appear in the results or if you are using them as criteria. Could you elaborate a little more.

SFM1, QP01, and QP02 are all the same type, numbers. If you see the document I atttached you'd see what I mean (Hopefully) I am exporting them into a spreadsheet and want all of them to fall under a feild.

Please have a look at the attachment and see if u could help.
    thanx

Re: Combine fields in query (Access2000)

    No worries you guys,
Done it with the help of 2 queries, one table and a union query <img src=/S/crazy.gif border=0 alt=crazy width=15 height=15>

    Union Query Code:
    SELECT tblCitco.td, tblCitco.tt, tblCitco name AS name, tblCitco.INTL_SHARES AS Total, tblCitco.SFM_1 AS SFM1, tblCitco.SFM_2 AS SFM2
    FROM tblCitco
WHERE (((tblCitco.SFM_1) Is Not Null)) OR (((tblCitco.SFM_2) Is Not Null))

    UNION SELECT tblCitco.td, tblCitco.tt, tblCitco.name AS name, tblCitco.INTL_FX AS Total, tblCitco.QP01_06 AS SFM1, tblCitco.QP02_06 AS SFM2
    FROM tblCitco
WHERE (((tblCitco.QP01_06) Is Not Null)) OR (((tblCitco.QP01_07) Is Not Null))

    UNION SELECT tblCitco.td, tblCitco.tt, tblCitco.name AS name, tblCitco.INTL_FX AS Total, tblCitco.QP01_07 AS SFM1, tblCitco.QP02_07 AS SFM2
    FROM tblCitco
    WHERE (((tblCitco.QP01_06) Is Not Null)) OR (((tblCitco.QP01_07) Is Not Null));
