Incoming messages are going to my Junk Mail Folder but then are just deleted, although I have the No Automatic Filtering box checked under Tools, Options, Junk Mail, and I do NOT have a checkmark in the Permanently delete suspected junk e-mail box checked. I can watch email coming in, so can see that certain emails were sent, but they then just vanish. They are not in my deleted folder, either.

The Junk E-mail folder has a red circle with slash mark through it; when I click on the folder, it I just get the message that "there are no items to show in this view."

Is there a solution?
