IE URL filter for children (All)

Does anyone know of a way (third party software or other) that I can cause IE to be restricted only to URLs from a list that I can maintain? I am looking to allow internet access for my children, but am concerned. I think an ideal solution would allow me to control the domains allowed. In other words, if www.disney.com was on the list, then any page within that domain would be allowed. A password would allow me to override this so additional domains could be added. Possibly better would be if I could alter a single network master list, and each child's PC would use this list to allow certain domain urls. Is there anything like this? Am I pursuing this the wrong way?

Look at the CONTENT filters in IE. I think that is what you are looking for.
