PC Won't Go To Sleep If I Haven't Rebooted in a While

Not a big deal, but when I reboot my computer, it's very good about following the energy saving timeframes for going to sleep.

The longer it goes before I reboot it, the less it bothers to sleep at all.

Any idea why this would happen or how I could diagnose the cause?

    thnx
