Publisher and mail merge e-mails. Win 7, Pub. 2007
I created an e-message, using a publisher template, and personalized it with Dear <<First_Name>>
using data from an Excel spreadsheet. (text box)
Below the message I included a form in which I also included data fields. (table inserted into a text box)
All looked great on screen as I scrolled through both in the salutation and the form. With 80 to send I chose to send in small batches, and filtered the spreadsheet to reduce the 'stress'.
After filtering I hit save each time I changed.
Now that all 80 have been sent I am appalled to see that the recipients will receive the message addressed to Dear <<First_Name>> but that the data on the form is correct.
Can anyone tell me what I did wrong here. As you may have guessed I'm a newbie with Publisher.
