    Wifi Network Access Requires Username

I'm trying to use my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 to access my work wifi network. The problem is that it requires a username in addition to a password to log on to the WPA secured connection. The Samsung does not provide a username option in the connection dialogue. Is there a workaround?

Do you see an option for "other user" or "switch users"? If so, choose it, then you will hopefully be prompted to enter your username and password.

Also, go into the settings for that wireless network on your Samsung. You can probably store your username in the profile for that wireless network.

I actually figured it out. I needed to use the 802.1 network option instead of WPA. That gives me a username and password both. Thanks.
