    Combining accounts

    I only have one computer, so I'm sticking with pop. I have various email addresses: comcast.net and gmail.com. Something happened and I had to recreate accounts in Outlook 2010. When I had it set up before all the accounts went to one inbox and then sorted themselves in to various folders I have set up. When I recreated the accounts it set up a separate inbox for every account. Does anybody know how I can combine them?

    Assuming you want all email to go to the one inbox it's pretty easy.

    Click on on File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings (again!)

    From there you can see your individual email account settings.

    When you click on one, you can change the delivery folder on the bottom half of the screen.

    Once you have all your email pointing to one folder, you can close the others in Outlook by right clicking on the folder and selecting close.

    That was easy. I just thought that was where you could change the hiding place where all the .psts are stored. Thank you
