Does Microsoft Still Support Their "Windows Live" Email Program?

First, am interested in a quick answer to my subject question. Secondly, my wife uses this email service but recently has run into some
problems with it. As an example, she recently replied to an email she'd received and sent it. Then she could not find it in the Sent box but noticed it had been put in the Outbox. She tried to send it from there but it just totally disappeared!

Has anyone else had any recent problems with Windows Live email? I don't use it -- never liked it, preferring instead Hotmail (Outlook),
    Gmail and Yahoo.

Would appreciate some input, even some tips for her to use. FYI. if you need it, she uses Windows 7 Professional, SP1 and now with IE10.

    Thanks, Scotirish 3/17/13 3:55 p.m.

No need to reply. Problem was not with Microsoft. It was Comcast changing its Outgoing Mail Port from the default 25. Email from them said it would be 465. Found out later from friend that it was really 587. So, thanks Comcast/Xfinity!
