    Folder View question, Win 7

How can I get all my folders to default to the "Details" view in Win 7? I've tried doing it using the Control Panel Folder Options app, but that doesn't seem to work.

Don't use the Windows 7 default folders, like music, pictures, etc. The default folders are optimized for content. Have you looked at Help and Support > Change folder options?

All my explorer folders, except for Computer, open in details view (Computer uses icons), but I don't use any of the libraries, and I don't use any of the Windows default folders - they are all empty, except for a couple that have samples.
Create a fresh drive image before making system changes, in case you need to start over!
