    How to copy formatting?

    I use MS Works 4.5.

(Hey, it works, except for the following)

    Let's say I have a name in A1.
A10 copies A1 (so the same name is in A10; ie: A10=A1).

Now, I decide to put a strikethrough that name in A1.
That's fun, but the formatting does not automatically occur in A10. I have to go to A10- and add the strikethrough.

I would like A10 to automatically get the strikethrough when I do it in A1.

    Suggestions?

I never tried a conditional format based on another cell's format. You can most definitely use Vb code though if using Excel but I don't think you can use Vb code in Works. Correct me if I am wrong.

    Code:
    If Range("A1").Font.Strikethrough = True Then
        Range("A10").Font.Strikethrough = True
    Else: Range("A10").Font.Strikethrough = False
    End If
