need help with: file not found Start

When I run Autoruns, under the Logon Tab, there is an entry for a file that it says is "file not found".
The file is ie4uinit.ex and it's supposed to be in windows' system32 folder.

I'm looking for help to resolve this issue because that file is in fact in the system32 folder.

    The Autoruns entry is:
    HKLM\software\microsoft\active setup\installed components
    Internet Explorer

Further Autoruns info about the file not found, at the bottom of the tab says:
    C:\Windows|System32\cmd.exe /d /c start C:|Windows\system32\ie4uinit.exe -ClearconCache

Any help resolving this will be appreciated.

Use Autoruns to delete the entry. You don't need it.

I encountered this today in Autoruns. Autoruns says "Internet Explorer File not found: start", so that gives me the idea that "start" is somehow not specified correctly; any ideas? I personally would rather fix this.

[later edit] However, I just now executed the string in a command window, with no issues, so I'm not sure but what Autoruns may just have a bug and can't parse the string correctly.
