    No internet access from Sandboxie.

I have 2 PC's. A laptop Compaq 10 and a desktop, both running XP ProSP3. I have worked to the internet through Sandboxie for some years with both PC's without problems until recently. About a month ago the laptop refuses to access the internet from the sandbox.
All programs work perfectly outside sandbox.
Identical setup on Desktop PC works perfectly and has never failed.
Until recently all was working OK but for some reason Sandboxie decided to not work (possibly due to a software update).
Problem started with "no bookmarks in Firefox when in sandbox.
Became escalated into downloads failing then all browsers crashing when in sandbox.
All browsers work normally outside sandbox.
Request for help from Sandboxie forum produced no answers but helped with the items below..

checked all sandbox settings are the same as my desktop PC (desktop PC works fine)
tried 3 different browsers and Outlook Express email - all failed
rolled back to an early restore point (a month) - no affect
uninstalled Sandboxie and reinstalled an old version sandboxie - no affect (reinstalled latest).
launched Firefox in safe mode in sandbox - no affect
3 times uninstalled Sandboxie (using full Revo uninstall) rebooted PC and reinstalled sandboxie - no affect.
shut PC firewall down and launched Firefox in sandbox - no affect
3 times did full scan of PC by CA Anti Virus, malwarebytes, MS MWSR tool and Spybot – no affect
Checked for Canon Easy Web Print (known conflict) and removed it – disabled Canon Easy Print accessories as well – no affect.
Studied several outputs from Sandboxie’s “Resource Access Monitor” but interpreted very little from them. Nothing obvious
bypassed the wireless router - direct through modem
used 2 different ISP’s ie. OPTUS wireless and Primus ADSL2
Uninstalled IE8, rebooted and reinstalled - no affect.
Uninstalled Chrome, rebooted and reinstalled - no affect.
Shut down all unessential running programs – no affect
Removed thick border from sandboxie settings (had immediate affect allowing Firefox & Chrome to work in sandbox. Not IE. Reboot of PC caused it to revert to problem again).

    HP Compaq 610 Lap Top
    Sandboxie V 3.76
Running MS Windows XP Pro SP3 as administrator
    Sygate personal firewall
CA Security AV – Real Time Protection & Email Protection both on.
Have Firefox, Chrome and IE browsers on board.
All are fully up to date.

    Any ideas would be welcome.

Help people. Problem still exists and there appears to be no resolution

Sorry to say, but it's likely that you will get better help if you try Sandboxie's support. Have you tried their forum?

Yep. Been there done that. Had a lot of conversation there but no success. Googled everything I could and have asked on several other forums with no luck. It's really frustrating having both PC's basically the same software and both acting differently. All settings on both units are identical.
    Thanks for the reply though.
