Your problem seems to be caused by the NVidia driver for your graphics adapter. You can see if there is an updated driver or an older one, if you are using the latest driver.

Welcome Kid, debugging XP crashes is very difficult but I'll give it a shot.
    STOP 0x1000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M
Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint in startup without having a debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, 3rd party remote control, Memory
Initial pointers make me think a 'bad' driver is affecting the video subsystem, the nv4_disp.dll looks like it became corrupt in memory (0xC0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates that a memory access violation occurred). Reinstall the graphics drivers.

The (Mozilla) plugin container (for Flash/Silverlight, etc.) was the active process, maybe Norton/Symantec is 'disagreeing' with Flash; in any case, when gaming on a 2GB machine, it's a good idea to close other programs first. Do a clean install of Flash: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4041846#4041846 and ensure that you have the latest version of your browser installed.

It would be a good idea to update or uninstall Speedfan, the giveo.sys driver is ancient.

The Logitech mouse drivers are also very old, update or uninstall them, use the Windows drivers if there's no updated version.
