    Wink Forgot how to do this again

    Sorry guys but I forgot how to do this again
    I have three columns (KB, MB, GB) and using the following formula =SUBTOTAL(9,X2:X100) I have them totaling when I filter. All is well there, but I want to put those totals next to KB or after KB etc. in the appropriate column.

    Thanks

    Update:
    Here is the formula I found, however it puts the text right next to the numbers. I tried adding some spaces, but that didn't seem to help.
    =SUBTOTAL(9,D2:D100) & "KB" results in this: 92006.5KB what I want is 92006.5 KB

    Thanks

    Try it like this:
    Code:
    =SUBTOTAL(9,D2:D100) & " KB"
    with a space before the K

    John,

    Or you can use this custom number format: 0.00_\"KB";;

    I'm assuming there will not be negative numbers as totals otherwise you'll need to fill in between the semi-colons negative and after the final semicolon for zero amounts. HTH
