    John,

This "feature" must have been designed by MS. Seriously, we've had consistent problems with this feature of the site and have been unable to reliably fix them to the best of my knowledge. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I noticed that I am also not getting email notifications of messages either, so I went over to my settings and although things appear to be set correctly (mainly because I haven't changed them in years), I did notice that there is no Arizona time zone. Not that it really matters in this case but just thought I would let you know that it is missing.

Notifications seem to be working for other users, I got a PM from someone who had received a subscription email a little bit after you posted your initial message. I hae notifications just for PMs and those seem to be working for me.

I'm pretty sure I found the problem.
A week or two back I posted that I had received an email reply, that was junk. At that time, instead of hitting the delete button in Outlook, I sent it to the blocked Senders list not thinking that I had just blocked everyone else on here. Well at least I hope that is what happened. I now have the email back in the safe senders lists on both Outlook '07, and Outlook.com

    Thanks Guys
