Remove the " mark when copying/pasting a cell

I have a database of common responses to emails that I have set up in excel that I copy/paste into email. Whenever I copy the entire cell and paste it in, I get the quote mark (") at the beginning and end. Does anyone know of a way for this not to happen?

Also, I'd be open to ideas of what would work better, but it has to be freeware and good in a corporate environment.

Instead of copying the cell, try clicking on the cell and copying its contents from the formula bar. You dont get all the formatting attached to the cell.
