    I read a little on using #includes

I read a little on using #includes & i wondered, could you conceivably use it to make frames like architecture to your site? Meaning if you had a #include on a page, could you get it formatted vertically so that it "appears" to be a frame menu?

    i'm talking asp here ofcourse.

Of course you could. It's common to use includes to merge in heading and footer information.
Just remember that if you do this to all your pages, they all have to be interpreted and expanded by the server. This means extra load on your server, and a possible performance hit.
