Checking mail from another ISP. SMTP Relaying prob (Outlook 2000 (9.0.0.27

I have one dial-up account, but check email addresses at 2 other domains. Problem is SMTP relaying. If I check mail before sending, it works, but Outlook sends before receiving so emails won't go through unless I stay connected (on a dial-up), check mail first, then send. Is there any way to tell Outlook 2000 to receive before sending (as you can in Eudora)? Any other way to login to the other domains via Outlook so I can send?
    Thanks, Rayo

1] Set the time interval for auto checking mail down to -10 minutes to keep
you Pop Authenticated to the server.

2] Use a 3rd party application like ICQ to poll you POP server

3] http://internet.freepage.de/luckycha...y/english.html instead (Pop before SMTP proxy program)
