Windows 8 VIA HD Audio DECK

I have just upgraded from Windows 7 Home Premium to windows 8 Pro.
Everything went well with the installation and I am very pleased with the new OS.
However I have one small problem, when I log-on I get the following message:
VIA HD Audio Deck does not support this OS version please update the audio driver.
I assume this has something to do with the sound system, but this seems to be working OK.
Any thoughts would be very welcome.
My computer is a Dell Inspiron 546
    Cheers

Have you run Windows Update to see if there is a driver update?

Check out this driver VIA HD Audio Driver 10.5.00.33.120608. Notes:
This driver supports and has WHQL for the following HD audio chips ONLY: VT1705, VT1802P, VT1819S, VT1708S and VT2021.
