    Can't figure out where the formula is wrong

    I have a spreadsheet given to me by our school golf coach that figures players place in rank by their golf scores. So say there are 24 kids golfing and the best shoots a 4 - he would get a rank of 1. Next highest say a 5 would get ranked 2. Worst a zero as he didn't beat anyone. If there are ties they'd both get the same score and no half points.

    I'm attaching the spreadsheet with sample data - the right half of the spreadsheet works fine as you can see - its the left hand side of the different cities that is causing us grief. I tried just copying the formulas over but no joy.

    Select the range with all the formulas and search / replace (no quotes) "B$33" with "B$36". Your countif range is missing a few items.
