"Clear Styles" at top of styles pane in 2010

We recently moved from Word 2003 to Word 2010. For some people, "clear styles" shows up at the top of the their styles pane. For others it doesn't. How do we get it to show up at the top of the styles pane for everyone? It shows for me and I checked under options (in the styles pane) and it shows up no matter what setting I am using. Thanks in advance fro any help!

    "Clear Styles" or "Change Styles?"

If the latter, it is a function of screen size and resolution. The ribbon resizes itself and changes its contents depending on the amount of room available.

I have Clear All at the top of my Styles pane. I cannot explain why some of your colleagues have it and others don't. But the Clear Formatting button on the Home tab does the same thing, and it can be added to the QAT.
