I believe the Store Apps are independent for all users. Perhaps this blog post will help.

I believe that the management of updating of the Windows Store apps can also be managed only by administrators. Right? If so, how do I do this?

    Thanks

The link I supplied has a couple links to other articles that may help with your question.

Generally each user can install, update and remove Win 8 style apps independently. I believe you asked a similar question in another thread and were given a link to explain this. There were also links in that article that allows an administrator to administer this.

Since this is essentially the same question from the same user I am closing this thread.

In both the second paragraph and the last paragraph are links to TechNet. I believe these will help with your problem.

For each different user account you have to sign into it then sign into the Microsoft Store using the same account info you used to get the app in the first place (if you paid for it), and redownload and install the app in that account.

This is the third thread started by this user asking the same question. All 3 threads have been merged to this thread.
