Help with Macro's / Automation PLEASE!

    Hi guys,

I was wondering whether you could help me with something...

Basically I am creating a 'Business Plan' template in Word, where editing is restricted apart from in certain fields. However I would like, if possible, to create some sort of Find and Replace Macro, where by when someone enters their <Partner Name>, this will then replace every instance where <Partner X> is used throughout the plan with the partner name...

Is this possible? If so I would be so greatful if someone could tell me how this could be done.

    Many thanks
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

You're going about this the wrong way. To see how to replicate data in multiple locations in a document, visit: http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/word_tip_p...ting_data.html
