Question Word 2007 How get "New" document dialog to open to "My templates"

Whenever I use the Office Button in the upper left corner of the application and navigate to “New”, the dialog box that opens is at “Microsoft Office Online” templates, which I use once a decade. I then have to click on "My Templates", which I use several times a day, to get to the template I want to use. Is there a way to change the default New Document dialog box to open in "My Templates".

I know that the “New” button in the Quick Access Toolbar will open to the normal template. But I use several templates.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Add a button to the Quick Access Toolbar to get there faster.

Click the customise dropdown at the end of the QAT and choose 'More commands'
Choose commands from 'All commands' and find the button called "New Document or Template..." and add it to your QAT

Thanks, Andrew. It's a simple workaround that pretty much solves the problem. I appreciate your help. http://windowssecrets.com/forums/new...6104&noquote=1
