    Enable Macros Warning

I have Office 2010 and basically, anything I open in Word, even when I just start Word, I get a warning that the document might contain Macros and I have to click a button to enable macros. OK, I'm a big boy, how about if I just take my chances and let me decide what I should open or not. A warning system that sends a warning on every document is pretty useless. How do I disable the warning system? Thx.
