I have a very large hospital renovation to PM. Relative to EVA how do I capture worker hours spent on a project in excess of the baseline? What I mean is, if I have scheduled one month (320 man hours) to install 5,000 linear feet of HVAC duct (which say has a cost of $10,000) and at the end of that 320 man hours they have installed only 2,500 linear of duct how I show this over run in hours?

Do I simply not slide the progress bar, in the Ghannt, all the way to the status date? That would capture the material not being installed, but the costs for the labor still hit the project.
