    Graphical representation of .pst structure

My company has an executive who is retiring, and who is turning over to his eventual replacement. In order to explain to his replacement how he organized his work, he asked yesterday if it was possible to export the folder structure of his home network drive to a file, which I was able to do using the DOS command TREE, redirecting the output to a text file. After that success, he then posed the question, "Is it possible to do something similar for all the folders in my saved email?" I replied that I was not aware of a method of doing this, but I would check. Anyone have any ideas? We are running Outlook 2010.

There is no standard feature in Outlook. See if Export or print folder list or Print a list of your Outlook folders will work for you.

A series of screen shots, after all a picture is worth a 1000 words.

However keep in mind that "Executive" types have their own way of doing things and any new one will not be very interested in how the predecessor did things. All they will want to know is where to look and how to search.
