Upgrade Win7 Home Premiun to Ultimate - questions

I have Win7 Ultimate on a desktop and it's fine.

My laptop has Win7 Home Premium but I want some of the features of Ultimate. I've just scrapped an older machine that had Ultimate on it, so I have the key for that OS (but no install disc). Both are OEM versions.

Can I use 'anytime upgrade' to push the Home Premium up to Ultimate by using the key for the now unused Ultimate? Will I need an OEM Ultimate install disc?

No. OEM licenses are tied to the machine on which they were originally installed.
