can you update the drivers ?

can you roll back drivers to working ones ??

    did anything else change ??

is there any pattern to when it shuts down?
my pc randomly reboots when i start to print something.
i suspect the driver but there is only one and i am stuck with it.
hoping it is really something else. but i have no idea what that could be yet.

How old is the system - does it occur after a certain amount of time? Does it occur when using the battery or plugged in or both? Is the laptop elevated when this occurs (good air flow under the case)? Usually this is a hardware issue, unless it occurs when running one or more programs (the same ones) when it occurs. As asked above - what changed (hardware or software)?
