No break key on Dell Studio 1745

I have a Dell Studio 1745. there is no break key to interrupt long running/hung VBA routines. I am sure it has been covered elsewhere, but does anyone know of an alternate key combination to replace the missing break key. There are many suggestions found via Google, but so far, none have worked the same as the break key.

    Hi

On my Dell laptops, pressing the [Esc] key works as the [Break] key.
