Using ACCDE files on a Tablet

I have some "home made" MS Access programs that I would like to use on a tablet. I have a subscription to Office 365 (2013) and use it on my desktop to create ACCDB files then convert them to ACCDE files. I want to find a tablet that can run the ACCDE files. The Surface or a Windows tablet seem to be good candidates but can't seem to find out if I can load Windows 365 or the Access Runtime on them. I know the Acess (and some other office stuff) is limited on some of the tablets but don't know exactly how limited. Any help would be appreciated.

You should be able to run your files in any tablet running a full Windows version, but not Windows RT. So, you can do it in a Surface Pro or any other tablet running any variant of Windows except Windows RT.
