Calculate Average Time to Complete Audits

    Hi all,

Does anyone know how to calculate the total average time in hours to complete audits for all sheets in the attached workbook? Just so you know the total number of audits is 60. Please let me know if you need further information.

    Thanks

There is no attachment. If you have values in Excel time, you can average them directly and format to display hours. Or you can multiply the "excel time" by 24 to get the number of hours (excel stores dates and time in units of 1 day).

What times do you want to average? All you have compiled in the list are date/times, there are no elapsed times...

Ok, This is all the information that I have, will it be possible to workout how much time it takes to complete an audit. 60 audits have been completed by 3 different auditors hence 3 sheets, is it possible to find out the average date/time to complete each audit or it will not be possible to do this with this data? What do i need to work this out?

    Thanks for all your help

Does each user have one audit? Then it is the max - min of the range, no need to average. If the data represents multiple audits, you need the start and end for each audit. The file gives no indication of different audits....
