File History - force save before shutdown?

File History seems like a good way of backing up documents, but often I want to finish off and save a document then close down my PC. Is there any way to force File History to run a save automatically on shutdown?

I would think Task Scheduler could be used for this. I do not use it, but this seems just the type of thing it was designed for.
