Bypassing The Need To Enter A Password (win 8.1)

I've tried both netplwiz.exe and control userpasswords2 which work for Win 8 but doesn't in Win 8.1.
Anyone got around the need to enter a password to log in?

    Chuts,

Welcome to the Lounge as a new poster.

Give SysInternals AutoLogon a try works in Win XP-8. Sorry I haven't tried 8.1 yet but I'm sure it will work there too. HTH

netplwiz.exe worked great for me in Win 8.1 . Just be very careful you enter the correct password when asked (case sensitive, and all that). The dialog box will default to your username, not your Microsoft account e-mail, so don't change it. Just enter your normal password.

Thank you RetiredGeek ... that worked. Odd that the netplwiz doesn't on my Win 8.1
