    Red X

This subject was raised earlier by someone who was seeing the red X place marker in received mail in WLM, but no pictures.
My question is for a problem in the opposite direction. A regular correspondent has recently changed to Windows Live Mail, and since she did so I receive her messages with the X markers but no pictures.
Can anyone give me suggestions for me to pass on to my correspondent please.
