Intermittant hourglass when no programs running Win 7

I am running Windows 7 Pro and have recently seen that with no programs running I have the hourglass coming on and off every couple of seconds. This is a new occurrence appearing about a month ago. Everything else appears to be working correctly
I have run Malware Bytes (latest version) and Kaspersky (latest version) both clear
I have run What is my computer doing at 'System processes'
    http://download.cnet.com/What-s-My-C...-75788785.html
and note that Browsermngr.exe pops up regularly. I understand that this is not essential but it is not listed as program in Control panel and when I click its uninstall.exe file (in program files) nothing happens
If I use "What is my computer.." to terminate the browsermngr.exe I get the blues screen and a reboot
Below is a snip of files running (there are at least three programs running during this snip)

I would be grateful for any suggestions

Have you checked your "Uninstall a program" panel for "Browser Manager" or "Application Manager" or "bProtector for Windows"?

What folder does "browsermngr.exe" live in?

There is probably not a consensus about it. From what I found, it is distributed as part of some paid software and not necessarily considered malware. Anyway, glad you got it resolved.
