    Windows 7 unable to change system fonts

    Am able to preview fonts but not install any one of them for general use

    You might try running sfc /scannow from a command line, see if it corrects any problems.

    Ran sfc/scannow but no change. Can still preview and print fonts but cannot install.

    Do you get an error message?
    How are you previewing the fonts? Where are the new fonts located?
    Have you tried dragging the font file to the fonts folder?
