How Can I create the 'paragraph symbol' mark in Wo (Word 2000)

I want to create a paragraph numbering style that includes the "little paragraph symbol" - the paragraph marker that you see when you turn all codes on in Word.

How can I create this paragraph symbol in Word when I am defining a style.

The original numbering looked like this:

[para 1] text text text text
[para 2] text text text text

    What we want is this:

    <paragraph symbol>1 text text text
    <paragraph symbol>2 text text text

The paragraph symbol that I think we want to enter is the ASCII CODE 13 for paragraph mar. Thanks to WOPR I was able to find out what this code is for the paragrpah marker but how do I enter this into the style definition box??

Thanks a lot - this solved my problem - the ALT - 0182 keystrokes placed the paragraph symbol into the style box!

    Hi Klaus:
FYI, you can also type Alt+20 to get the pilcro.

    Cheers,

    Hi Phil,

How on earth did you find that ... Guess you grew up with DOS?

The shortcut comes from the old DOS code page; I knew that you can enter the upper ASCII codes of the MS-DOS CP with Alt-XXX (in contrast to Alt-0XXX for the Windows CP), but didn't know it also works for some of the control characters below 32 (15,20,21).
