    Office 2010 Version Numbers

    Hey Y'all,

I just noticed that MS no longer places the Service Pack level (SP1, SP2, etc) in the about screen of office 2010. Each SP gets a new version number as follows:

    Office 2010 Version No.'s:

    • Original RTM release: 14.0.4763.1000
    • Service Pack 1 (SP1): 14.0.6029.1000
    • Service Pack 2 (SP2): 14.0.7015.1000

To see the SP level explicitly, click the link in the About section for "Additional Version and Copyright Information". The top line of the dialog shows the SP1 or SP2.
