    Uninstalling Outlook 2007

Me thinks that I have created a mess..... I uninstalled Office 2007Pro, but I kept Outlook 2007. Now that I am liking Outlook.com more and more I thought that I would go ahead and uninstall Outlook 2007. Problem is however that it is not listed in the Add/Delete programs, and my son inadvertently lost the installation CD. I tried Mr. Fixit, but it wants to uninstall my Office 2010.
I do have the installation files located on and external hard drive, along with the key.
    Any ideas guys.....

    Thanks

FDISK, Format, Reinstall, do dah, do dah.

Just kidding. I really like that song!

Have you tried running the install again from the install files on your external hard drive? That may give you an option for uninstalling it.

This may sound like overkill, but I'll bet if you first uninstalled all of 2010, you would then have the option of uninstalling Outlook 2007. You could then reinstall 2010. After dealing with Microsoft products for a couple of decades, I'm guessing that this is what you will have to do.

Try running setup from the installation CD. It will probably detect that you have Outlook 2007 installed and will let you change it (probably will allow you to choose to change Office 2007).

The set up CD has been lost, however I do have the installation files on my external HD, and have installed from there. Do you think that that would work?
    Thanks John

I'll give that a shot, but somebody bet on the bay please!
