Error Bars with log scale y-axis

I am having trouble plotting a box and whisker plot using a log scale for my y-axis. I am able to create my box and whisker without the y-axis changed to log scale, but right when I format the axis the error bars turn around and do not look right. An error message also pops up saying that I cannot graph negative numbers. How do I fix this?

    Here is my data:

    BoxWhiskerError.xls

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

The error means exactly what it says - you can't plot negative values (which many of your error bars require) on a log scale.

Since negative numbers may come up, the technique you are using to plot Boxes using stacked bars does not work if the the values in the inner quartile range (the "box") contains negative numbers (which fortunately yours do not). If they do, the technique must be modifed with some "helper" stacks to work around the issues or offset them and use the secondary axis to plot and the primary axis to be the non-offset values.
