What is the "thanks" button, and how is it used?
I tried searching for this and looked in the FAQ's but did not find anything.

Oops, sorry. I missed the "Thanks Button" Sticky.
I think my computer needs some rest right now, good night.

Whenever you find a post that provides you with info you need, or info that could prove useful you can officially thank the poster using the Thanks button. When you do you will see the number of Thanks under your Avatar increase by one for each Thanks you give. If someone else Thanks you, the bottom number will increase. If you receive more than one thanks for a particular post the first number x of x will increase by the total number of thanks received while the second number increases by 1. I hope this helps along with the Thanks sticky.
