    Blurry text

    Sometimes, when I'm viewing a forum I scroll down and get blurry text. Now that's not everytime, but it bugs me.

    Would appreciate if someone helped me .

    Have you checked to see if your graphics drivers may have an update. Find out what graphics adapter you have then go to the manufacturers web site. To ensure you have certified drivers you could check at the PC manufacturer's site.

    ??Is the text blurry, or color-shifted (similar to chromatic aberration)?? ??Are you using a CRT or LCD monitor??

    First, try changing page zoom settings, Ctrl++/Ctrl--, to see if that makes any difference.

    Next, check whether you have this Evil Update installed: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2670838 (KB2670838). If you do, uninstall it and reboot, test again.

    I had a feeling it was a HD4xxx series graphics card, pity I can't remember exactly why ...

    Are you set at the recommended resolution for your monitor? It should be listed in your monitor manual.
    Also did you run the Clear type setup? In Windows 7:
    Control Panel> Display> Adjust Clear Type text

    Monitor resolution - Ok.
    Clear type - I never runed it, so by assumption it won't help me.
    @satrow: I've uninstalled it.

    Will check later to see it there's any improvement.

    L.E.: Succes, no more blurry text as far as I've tested. Thanks guys

    So it looks like the Evil Update KB2670838 was at fault?

    Then I suggest you apply the IE10 block next, it should save you from being force-updated with that patch for a while: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl....aspx?id=36512
