    Hybrid Laptop/Tablets

I'm currently looking at hybrids. I'm looking for Windows 8 unit with at least a 13" screen & under $1K. So far, I've narrowed things down to the HP Split x2 & the Lenova Yoga 13 ThinkPad. Other ideas? Thanks.,

I have no personal experience with it but you might want to read this:

Thanks for the tip. I've received several for this model but it only has a 10" screen.

I have read good thinks on the Lenovo Yoga thinkpads. I would definitely pick them over anything HP.

Same here. Just curious, Why so hard on HP? I've owned HP equipment in the past with minimal problems.

I don't really trust the quality of what they do. I have had great experiences with their support, but not as much with their hardware. Their support of new OS versions doesn't seem that good, driver wise.

On a lesser relevant note, It seems that some of their models do not boot Windows 8, if you disable UEFI Safe boot, which is never a good indication.

Hmm, food for thought. I'll keep this in mind. Thanks.
