    Windows Scripting Host (WSH)

I have a program - Kingdom Hall Schedules - that periodically gives me the following message:
"Windows Scripting Host has been disabled or removed from your computer. It is usually disabled or removed by a third party virus program like Norton or Symantec. You can still use KHS but some features will not be available."
    I am running Windows 7 64 SP-1 together with Norton 360.
How can I find the WSH in windows and restart it?
    Thanks,
    David
