Empty folders on backup flash drives

I have my data files backed up onto flash drives. Over the past year, I have saved only the latest version, and if the older version is the same name and file size, the version in the older folder is deleted. I use a program named Anti Twin to detect and delete duplicate files. Now, when I search the flash drives, I find hundreds of folders with no content in the folders. I donít want to take the time to search for the empty folders by using Windows 7 and the computer window.

How can I detect and delete those empty folders?

I don't want to remove directories. I want to remove empty folders.

    Thank you.

I have 2821 empty folders. Cute icon, a cup of tea.
